3/1/2013 On 03/01/2013 at ~1413 Mr. Bouslog contacted the Field Office to discuss lead & copper sampling. Mr. Bouslog's primary questions was how to determine sampling sites and where to collect them within the facility. Mr. Bouslog asked if they should be taken from different locations. Mr. Bouslog indicated that they were an industrial facility and not like a municipality where they numerous locations, residents and businesses, wher samples could be collected. Mr. Bouslog was informed that they would need to pick five taps within the facility that met the criteria provided by water supply. It was suggested that once they picked their sites they should develop a lead & copper plan. It was explained that all future lead & copper samples would be taken at these same locations, and any deviation or change would require justification to water supply. MARK HEIDERSCHEIT
