2/15/2013 Bill Bertie called and left me a voice message on Friday 2/8/13 stating that they had problems with the NOX/SO2 CEMs unit starting on Friday 2/1/13 and lasting until Thursday 2/7/13. There were problems with the lamp in the unit after it was replaced. This caused them to have to replace the heater board in the unit. This did not correct the problem so they were forced to replace both CPU boards in the unit. They did not get the correct codes to program the new CPU boards until Tuesday 2/5/13. The new CPU boards were shipped on Wednesday 2/6/13 and installed on Thursday 2/7/13 which finally corrected the problems and returned the CEMs to proper operation. GLENN CARPER
