I have abbreviated the comments on the EDMR to read: “We opened up 1 of our chillers for maintenance late this month which cause our blowdown flow down to nothing. Our data shows exceedances in temps; this was due to a stagnant pipe & does not reflect actual conditions.” If you need to use more than 255 characters you can always send them (included in the email) with the EDM with something in the comments also. Please save the revised EMOR which is attached (2nd attachment) to your computer in case you need for some reason to send another corrected EDMR to us, print and sign this revised EDMR for your records.
