2/5/2013 Aric Finch from the FMC Landfill in Elma and stated that the Osage Police Department has requested that they exhume a portion of recently buried trash to search for a firearm used in a crime that was thought to have been hidden in the garbage and sent to the landfill either 1FEB13 or 4FEB13. He wanted to let DNR know, and he was confident he could recall precisely where each of those days waste was buried. I authorized him to accommodate all reasonable requests regarding this matter, and to make sure they restored the daily cover when this initiative was complete. DAVID MILLER
