1/29/2013	Andy called to inform me that their boiler is in need to being shut down for maintenance and that they'd have to bring in a backup unit in the interim, he requested guidance on how to stay in compliance with air quality regulations. i called and asked Reid Bermel in air compliance assistance how to proceed. Reid stated that a variance is needed to operate the back up boiler. Via email I forwarded 567 IAC 21.2 regs to Andy. He responded to that email with an update of the permitting determination letter i asked them to sent to AQB, and said he's nearly done with the permit application for the new cooling tower they have.
