1/16/2013	Barb Wood called to ask permission to not penalize Curries II for recent wastewater limit violations. Curries has recently consolidated some of their wastewater operations so there have been a few hiccups. I agreed that penalization was not required, especially if this is an isolated incedent and not a pattern of violations.	CHRISTOPHER GELNER
