1/8/2013	Called to report a fire in a mulch pile (remains from clearing and grubbing for new cell). Not near working face or any infrastructure. Wanted to inform us in case we received calls. FD is on site and staff will use heavy equipment to put out fire. Will use snow from city street removal to ensure fire does not start back up. Was asked to call this office if anything changed.
