12/12/2012	Steve Williams (DNR) requested a complaince review for this site. I informed Steve the facility may be exempt under the Goat Cheese bill and provided Steve with land application records, including a etter from Mr. Bender requesting the exemption. Steve responded in a 12/6 email that he would look into the exemption requirements to see if additional information was needed and would try to get back to us later in the month.	TERRY JONES
