12/12/2012	Mick Leat (Central Office SW) informed me that the ADM sludge protocol for Clinton Co Landfill is outlined in the facility permit. I reviewed the permit and discussed the requirements with Brad via phone and in the email below: Brad, From our phone conversation, please reference item #10 in the attached permit page. Make sure the sludge is mixed with soil the same days it is received and that it does not sit stockpiled for more than 7 days. Reducing the quantity ADM brings at one time may also help reduce problems with mixing or utilizing the material in the time allotted.
