With the inactivation of Polk county Rural Water District #1 I will be adding 1152 to the Des Moines pop and 464 service connections. The new population total will be 231,715. (Des Moines (203,473) + Windsor Heights (4,860) + Pleasant Hill (8785) + unincorporated Polk co (13,445) + Polk co Rural (1,152) Service connections = 81,113 This will not change any testing.
