Also, please save the DMR as MOR_7900104_1112 as per the instructions. I have revised this DMR adding indicators of 6-Not Req on each of the monitoring wells for Outfall 002 & Outfall 003. If the changes are correct, please save the revised 11/12 EMOR (2nd EMOR 158 KB) to your computer, print and sign the revised EMOR for your records.
