During the November 2012 sampling event the pH was recorded at 9.11. Based on investigation, KNC believes the high pH is due to the unit being shutdown for the majority of the month and not being allowed to circulate long enough before discharge started. KNC collected additional samples on 12/3/2012 and discharge was within permit limits. If you have questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
