11/1/2012	10/11/2012 ~1351: Contacted Doug with the Farmers Cooperative facility in Ainsworth regarding the inspection of the Farmers Cooperative Association SBGP in Stockport, IA. Doug had called earlier today to inquire about what they needed to do in response to the compliance evaluation. I informed him that the facility needed to send a written response which included information to show that they have initiated monthly leak inspections and the documentation of those inspections and that they have investigated and repaired the leak at the fitting for the clear diesel pump.
