10/9/2012	Matt wants to build an earth home north of the Newton SLF. He wanted to know the extent of the garbage in this area. I looked at the plans and told him garbage is approved for the northeast corner area, but not the area along the creek. I told him the DNR does not restrict his home building location (after the landfill is already sited); we restrict the location of th garbage burial at the landfill.	BILL GROSS
