7/10/2009	Randy Woodward, owner, called and left a message on July 9, 2009 regarding the inspection Jim Kaser and I performed on July 6, 2009. On July 10 I contacted Randy and informed him that I was shadowing Jim to educate myself on this type of inspection. I told Randy that we looked at the slopes to the creek to determine if an additional monitoring well could be installed and that it is unlikely that one will be installed. I said that we looked over the SPCC plan and implemented practices with Ted Bates (site manager). I assisted Jim in taking samples of the creek. I suggested that Randy contact Jim to get additional information regarding the inspection.	BRIAN LEE
