8/17/2012	Patty indicated that the producer needs to power wash the buildings between rotations, so he will be very close to full again. He has another silage field available as it is being harvested today. She again asked for permission to apply on an additional 20-30 acres in the NW 1/4 of Sec 33, Maple Valley Twp, BV Co. since the field does not have proper soil samples. She indicated that it would bep planted to soybeans next year as well, so they will limit N application to 100 lbs/ac. She will do an amendment to the MMP to add these extra fields and will note on the application records that this is an emergency application. She also indicated that the company was requiring this producer to install new waterers which will use less water. And, since he'll likely pump early this fall, she will also see that he pumps again in late fall to ensure that he has his maximum capacity available going into winter.	SHEILA KENNY
