8/15/2012	Slurry store at this site is within 13 inches of freeboard. This is due to large hogs and overuse of the misters. They would like permission to apply manure to 10 acres of silage ground located in the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Maple Valley, BV Co. This ground will be beans next year, so they will follow the 100 lbs rule. It does not have current soil sampling, so this is an exception and special allowance due to a full manure storage structure. They will be applying around 3,500 gallons per acre depending on manure analysis. If the rate is much different Patty will call me back. The application should take the slurry store down about 6 inches so they can get by a few more weeks until the actual application fields open up.	CINDY MARTENS
