8/7/2012	When the solid manure is removed from the bottom of the pit and is stockpiled with a berm around it, do they need to submit the monthly reports if stockpiled more than 15 days? -No, since this site was built prior to Jan 1, 2006 and has not expanded. Stockpiling behind a berm is acceptable.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
