8/3/2012	Discussed weeds in the leachate basin with Mark. He said they sprayed last week and will follow up again to make sure the spraying was effective. Demo bid has been accepted and will be completed end of the week of Sept. 13th., construction of new building will be bid out after that. Adding 20 feet with top-loading.
