7/30/2012	Jim Meade called and said that he called his haulers and told them to direct haul all the waste up to Landfill of North Iowa. One hauler, The Trashman, asked if he could haul to Fort Dodge instead. I called Bill Rowland and asked if he would release this particular waste to Fort Dodge and Mr. Rowland declined. I advised Mr. Meade that all the waste within the area covered by the North Area landfill had to come there and could not be diverted to Fort Dodge.	DAVID MILLER
