7/26/2012	0950 hrs: Spoke with Jim Meade concerning the fire at the transfer station yesterday. Jim inquired as to whether they could land-apply the washwater from the cleaning of soot inside the garbage building; as opposed to hauling it to the Clarion WWTP. I conferred with Jeff Vansteenburg, FO2 Supervisor, and we decided that we would allow them to land-apply this water since it will contain nothing but soot; as I was informed by the Service Master technician. I informed Jim to apply in a manner which will not cause runoff, entry into tile intakes, etc. I also instructed him to document the volume applied and the area applied on.	TRENT LAMBERT
