7/25/2012	Would like to utilize, if necessary, the compost runoff control structure pond water for dust control on the roads during construction of the new cell. Water from this structure is currently discharged (overflow only during wet periods) or used for composting operations. He stated they were concerned about the levels in the nearby creek with the high water usage that may be necessary when compacting clay and controlling dust. Is aware of the 25,000 gpd limit from the creek w/o a water use permit. Stated ok to use pond water for road dust control during construciton of new cell.	AMBER SAUSER
