7/12/2012	Rolston called. Daybreak Farms purchased the facility, and Rolston requested information about the public water supply. We reviewed the requirement to have a certified operator on staff (or by affidavit). I stated that our office had been working with Sparboe Farms this year, because it appeared that Sparboe did not havelegitimate affidavit operators at their facilities. Rolston is a certified operator, and she will probably over-see the three Daybreak facilities until the on-site personnel have been trained as certified operators. I checked the file for information, and confirmed that the "Vincent" and "Eagle Grove" facilities are active PWSs. I will send her a copy of the latest sanitary survey reports.	SCOTT WILSON
