6/7/2012 On 06/06/2012 Mr. Hubbart left a voice message regarding questions about the modifications to two stacks that were discharging downward. The stacks were originally premitted as vertical unobstructed. On 06/07/2012 at ~0856 I e-mailed AQ Bureau to determine if the modifications were acceptable. At ~1143, Ms. Lori Hanson responded that they were not. At ~1149 I contacted Mr. Hubbart and informed him that the modifications were not considered acceptable. At ~1201 I forwarded the e-mail to Mr. Hubbart. Refer to the e-mails for more details. MARK HEIDERSCHEIT
