6/5/2012	Discussion with FO staff and Supervisor was given to the situation with this facility expanding without a permit or notice. Conclusion was to send a letter to decrease head back to 5000 and remain there until application for permit was received and approved. Current January 1, 2012 MMP is not approved as of this date.
