5/3/2012	Pat Cole at Mercy called me this morning regarding additional inquiries he had made to document that an oil spill under the building was not mobile or entering any surface waters. He indicated that they had pulled the blueprints and tracked the stormwater discharge system. The lift station and the footing drains flow through a 12” concrete tile that discharges to a drainage way northwest of the facility, which then flows west and discharges into Willow Creek. The system is flowing at a high rate today due to recent rain, and there is no sheen or other evidence of an oil discharge. They are confident that the spill is stabilized under the building and not entering the storm drain system, but they will continue to monitor the closest sump and the stormwater lift station for signs of a release. I went over the requirements for the 30 day report and Mr. Cole will forward that to me.	DAVID MILLER
