4/30/2012	Called to let him know that Borchers are again questioning if the north barn is confined. Jay said that all cattle have access to the outside and they are not locked in at all. Once they are fed they come inside and often lay down inside to rest. He is well aware that all animals have access to outside.	CINDY MARTENS
