4/17/2012 E-mail communication to Mr. Peterson and Mr. Buckingham (owner) re: Our Sanitary Survey Report, dated March 16, 2012, required two deficiencies to be addressed by April 15, 2012. It is acknowledged that People Service, Inc. submitted documentation indicating that the Water Use Permit is being renewed. However, Minor Deficiency # 1 stated, "I-29 Highway 2 SID LLC must utilize a chlorine solution that is ANSI/NSF Standard 60/61 certified or provide proof of the certification of the current solution to this field office by April 15, 2012". We have not received a response to this deficiency and it is currently overdue. Please address this deficiency immediately and submit documentation to my attention. KEITH WILKEN
