4/13/2012 Brad corresponded via email regarding the tires and cover for Phase 0. See emails below: Brian, I know a note was made regarding the amount of waste tires on site. Three semi loads have since gone out to Liberty Tire. Also Primary excavation activities have been completed at the sedimentation basin on the south and east side of Phase 0. A piece of equipment will be arriving next week in order to move the excavated sediment basin material for additional cover on Phase 0.
