3/28/2012	Mr. Phillips works for Barker Lemar and he called to request effluent monitoring results for the leachate lagoon. He said he needs the data to perform a no alternatives analysis. I told him I could run a summary report from NPDS and e-mail it to him. I did run the report and sent it to him via e-mail.	JIM SIEVERS
