3/20/2012	As the collected samples on a day when the flow meter was being cleaned, I instructed them to report an estimated flow value (they used the monthly average flow of 0.006 MGD) in order to calculate mass values on that day. They had reported "no detection" for all parameters on MW #2, but Ms. Peyton reported that they were unable to collect a sample as there was no water in the well. I instructed her to change this to "low flow" and place a note in the comments box on the cover page.	SHEILA KENNY
