3/15/2012	E-mail communication with Mr. Peterson. Larger chlorine pump installed at the end of February. Maintaining at least 1.5 mg/L of chlorine residual in d-system. Advised Mr. Peterson to determine if a true free chlorine residual exists by monitoring chlorine tests for drifting results. If a true free chlorine residual does not exist, advised Mr. Peterson to place emphasis on maintaining 1.5 mg/L of total chlorine throughout the system.	KEITH WILKEN
