3/9/2012 On 03/08/2012 at ~0913 I contacted Mr. Becker in regards to well #11 and what I had found when I checked geosam and the source water protection tracker. Mr. Becker was informed that geosam indicated there were three wells identified as well #11. They were #11 (wnumber 28323), #11b (wnumber 44860), & #11 offset (wnumber 43798). Mr. Becker indicated that #11 (wnumber 28323) had been plugged and it appeared that the offset well, 11b & 11 offset, was entered twice. Mr. Becker was informed that I would follow up with an e-mailed regarding the sampling plans we had discussed during the sanitary survey on 02/29/2012.
