3/7/2012	Discussed separation distance and common management for County Edge Dairy and his son's open lot heifer site to the SW. As these sites are <1250' apart and have common management, they will now be combined under ID#60260. There are currently a total of 320 heifers (immature) in open lots and 700 mature dairy cattle in confinement between these two sites. Even if they expand to put an additional 250 heifers in open lot at this site, they will not reach the 1000AU mark, so no NPDES permit is required.	SHEILA KENNY
