3/2/2012	Phil came to the office and submitted a P-index MMP and compliance fee that said he was construction a beef confinenment barn summer of 2012. I asked Don Cunningham to explain to Phil that he needed to submit a filing fee & indemnity fee and explain to him what additional paperwork was needed before construction could take place. Phil said he understood that and Hal Tucker was working on that. He just wanted to submit the P-index MMP now as it was due March 1st.	LONDA WITTE
