3/1/2012 Mr. Jones is was in my office today to submit his complaint against this facility being built. He gave me an AFO Odo study and requesting that wind study be done before and after the proposed construction. He is very concerned with the land/home values should this site be constructed and is acting prior to construction in hopes that this site is not approved for construction. This information will be filed with the AFO files in Keokuk County for Black Dirt Pork. This complaint will also be recorded to be investigated along with the work request from Paul Pettiti for this permitted site. JEANNIE GREINER
