6/24/2009	On June 24, 2009 at ~1345 Susan Deahr called with a question regarding the fees for the annual update. She indicated that it was an updated MMP that included the P Index. She wanted to know if they had to submit the filing fee. She was informed that if this was an existing facility and not an original plan, they only submitted the compliance fee.
