1/18/2012	We discussed requirements under Chapter 121 for application of industrial sewage sludge. Lee met with a rep from the city to discuss. He wants to apply at agrinomic rate but doesn't feel he can do so under the >2 ton/acre exemption. Samples of the material have not been collected yet as far as Lee knows.	BRIAN JERGENSON
