1/3/2012	Mike was informed from his landowner that a Mr. Pat Miller was intending to file a complaint against him for his compost pile. Mike said he had placed about 12 dead hogs in the compost pile and hadn't covered them on the same day and his neighbor (Pat) seen it and was not happy. Mike stated he covered them the next day. They are composted on compacted clay. I could not locate a complaint filed on 12-26-2011.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
