12/27/2011 Advised Mr. Buckingham that a significant amount of free product was discovered in the tank pit well located on the SE corner of the diesel tank pit basin. Advised Mr. Buckingham that a significant fuel leak was observed at dispenser 7/8 with no containment. Leaks also observed at dispensers 5/6 and 3/4 with no containment. Advised Mr. Buckingham that the leaks need to be repaired as quickly as possible. Advised Mr. Buckingham that the free product issue must be referred to central office staff. Informed Mr. Buckingham that product was present in all spill basins at the fill pipes. Recommended that this fuel be removed as quickly as possible. Recommended that Sapp Brothers work with petroleum provider to ensure product does not accumulate in spill basins. KEITH WILKEN
