12/27/2011 Telephone conversation with Mr. Buckingham following the UST audit conducted earlier in the day. Mr. Buckingham informed me that a contractor will be fixing the leaks either this evening or first thing tomorrow morning. We subsequently discussed the free product discovery. Advised Mr. Buckingham that it is unlikely that it is from another site. Advised Mr. Buckingham that this information will be relayed to Des Moines. A Site Assessment will likely be required. Also determined that a third party tightness test was not conducted after the facility reopened from the floods of 2011. KEITH WILKEN
