12/20/2011	Barb called to discuss BioEnergy and NOV procedures. She stated that Bioenergy has been in a startup mode for the last 4-5 months and in the last 2 months have switched from soy based to corn based ethanol. This has caused some violations with their BOD and TSS loads as they work out the kinks. She wanted to know if it was ok that she did not NOV Bioenergy as they are still in the start up mode. Barb stated that Bioenergy planned to have the BOD and TSS loads back under control by the middle of January. I stated that was reasonable to give Bioenergy more time to bring their loads under control and if they do not meet the limits by the date Bioenergy provided to NOV at that time.	CARL BERG
