12/13/2011	1400 hrs: Tom Weaver called and informed me he will be hauling manure after the 21 DEC 11 date, as it is too muddy to do it now. He stated he has always called Michelle Johnson in the past to report winter application. I explained the reporting requirements for emergency manure application on snow-covered or frozen ground have not changed and he still needs to call us prior to any application. I also discussed the information he will need to be able to provide and reminded him that any application field(s) must be in his MMP, etc. I also discussed the need to plug any tile intakes, if present, from prior to, to at least 2-weeks after application.
