12/5/2011	Telephone conversation with Mr. Irwin regarding bacteria sampling at the motel prior to reopening. Previously instructed Mr. Irwin to collect 3 to 4 bacteria samples throughout the motel. Mr. Irwin informed me that the motel has a large water softening system that serves the motel. Advised Mr. Irwin to collect a bacteria sample prior to the softening system, and from other locations (if they exist) that are not softened.	KEITH WILKEN
