11/23/2011	On 11-3-2011, Jackie Leonard called from Chamness, Eddyville. She explained that they want to use site C-48, which is about 2 miles west in Monroe County, for land application. This is one of the plots covered by our "one time use" letter from earlier this year. She was asking if they could still use the site because our letter had stated the approval was for this crop year - was that still valid or did it end November 1st.? I told her OK to use the site and the crop year will basically end when it snows. I explained it is the same as a farmer who has just harvested corn and now is going out to the fields with manure.
