11/9/2011	Mr. Irwin called and stated that they have the plant repaired and have all service lines shut except to the main Sapp Bros. Truck Stop. He plans to take a couple of BacTs from the store and one at the plant and get them to CB today with the hopes of opening tomorrow if they come back OK I instructed them to call with the results and if they intend to open. I also stated that as service lines are activated each should be tested.	THAD NANFITO
