11/3/2011	Jeff and Roy Wiggs were on the line to give me an update on the progress they have made regarding the clearing of trees and brush on the lagoon cells. They are also trapping. We talked about repairing/rocking any erosion that has occurred out there and repair of animal damage. They are proceeding with plant clean up working toward opening the plant.
