11/1/2011	Mr. Graves is building the basement for their new home in the NW 1/4 of Section 9, Okoboji Twp, Dickinson Co. Derners CFO is built but they have 3 year contract for him not to build, expand onto this site (until after their home is built). Mr. Graves hear that Derners intended on constructing a lagoon for an open lot facility or possibly excavating a gravel pit. DNR has no record for new/expanding AFO facilities in this section by Derner, or anyone else. I referred him to the State of Iowa Mining division for a possible gravel pit development.
