10/28/2011	Keith called back on 10/28/11 to report that the IT staff replaced the computer screen and everything is working fine now. No data was lost.	GLENN CARPER
10/24/2011	Keith called to report that the computer for the CEMS units has gone out. Both of the CEMS units appear to be functioning, but Keith can't get the screen to come up. He doesn't know at this time if any data has been lost or not. IT has been contacted and will come as soon as they can to fix the problem.	GLENN CARPER
