10/19/2011	On Thursday, 10-13-2011, Doug McCrea called from Chamness with a question about wastewater land application. Field Office #6 had written a letter to Chamness last summer giving them a variance for one-time land application on some fields that had not yet been approved and incorporated into the permit by central office staff - wastewater permitting. A new NPDES permit had recently been issued but does not list these new sites. He asked if the letter was still valid and if they could still use the sites (they never used them last summer). After ckecking with Dennis Ostwinkle, I called him back and told him they could still be used as the letter referred to using them during this "growing season".	PAUL BRANDT
